10. Account Closure and Termination

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution provisions) shall survive termination of your account or these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Services, or your relationship with milbet shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations with milbet's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law.

Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties, or failing such agreement, appointed in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, milbet reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights, breach of confidentiality obligations, or any other irreparable harm.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and milbet regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

12.2 Severability

milbet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

12.6 Language

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
